Boy Scouts
Adult Committee Meetings
Adults meet on the 1st Wednesday of every month at Beaver Dam Chamber of
Commerce at 6:00 PM. Parents are encouraged to attend.
This is where the planning for the meeting themes and scheduling
happens.
Den Meetings
Den Meetings take place on either the 2nd Monday or 2nd Wednesday of
every month at Elementary Campus or Parish Center, depending on the Den.
Meetings run either from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM or 7:30 PM.
Current Den Meeting Schedule:
Tigers (1st Graders) -- 2nd Monday, Elementary
Cafeteria
Bears (3rd Graders) -- 2nd Monday, Elementary Cafeteria
Bears (2nd Graders) -- 2nd Monday, Parish Center
WEBELOS (4th & 5th Graders) -- 2nd Monday, Parish Center
There is a requirement that at least two adults be
present for every Scout meeting with scouts. At least one parent
of 1st grade Cubs is required to attend meetings with each child.
Pack Meetings
Pack Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of every month at Elementary
Campus Cafeteria (unless specially scheduled). This is a whole
family affair every month. Both parents and all siblings should be
at Pack Meetings. This is where the boys receive ribbons and pins and
are recognized for their advancements.
During Pack Meetings, fun activities for both Cubs and their families
are scheduled. Often, parents are involved as helpers for the monthly
programs. At least once a year, we have a dinner for the whole
family including grandparents.
